Refund Policy
We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase.
However, if you find that your Ama La Moda order is unsuitable, we would be happy to exchange goods or refund your money (less the delivery charge).
In order to do so for any reason, simply email us at hello@amalamoda.co.uk or complete the contact form within 14 days of your receipt of the order confirming your order number and we will send you a Returns Form for you to complete and return together with your order to the address to be advised.
All returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of you notifying us that you wish to return the order with the completed Returns Form. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged with all their original labels attached in waterproof packaging with our returns address clearly marked on the parcel. We strongly recommend that you retain proof of posting so that you can track your return in the event that this is not received by us. In the absence of this, we may not be able to process your refund or provide an exchange.
If you consider that the item ordered is faulty or mis-described, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order by emailing us at hello@amalmoda.co.uk together with:-
1. Your name.
2. The Order Number.
3. Picture(s) of the fault.
4. A description of the fault.
If we accept that the item was delivered to you faulty and/or mis-described, we will reimburse you for the price paid (including reasonable delivery charges).
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item with payment to the credit or debit card or Paypal account used when placing the order.
